Like other local Eastern Star chapters, Lebanon Chapter #343 is very active in supporting our local community and assisting with local, state and national charities. Our members also serve as board members and leaders in Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, 4-H clubs, Band Boosters, etc.

 

Eastern Star chapters donate to a variety of worthy charities at the local, state and national levels. Some of the charities include The Cancer Research Project, Heart Fund, 32nd Degree Children's Dyslexia Centers, The Ohio Eastern Star Home, Ohio Masonic Home and Shriners' Hospitals for Children.

 

Recently, our Lebanon Chapter has been actively donating to Matthew 25 Ministries, the Humane Society, Hannah's Socks in addition to charities to support those who serve in the military such as Operation Thank You, PAWS (Pets Assisting Wounded Soldiers), Computers On Wheels (COWs).

 

We also support the Worthy Grand Matron and Patron's charity this year, the OES Home in Mount Vernon.

 

In the United States alone, Masonic organizations give $1.5 million to charity each DAY!
